What an amazing experience! We went to the theatre district location many times but now live in Jersey, so we chose Hoboken and it was equally wonderful! Plus for the scenic walk afterwards. We celebrate our 5 year old daughter’s birthday and it was her first omakase experience and she loved it! She loved the little birthday flags they gave her. Overall, staff was super friendly and attentive, especially no wasabi and each piece was delicious!!

Such a fantastic experience! We’ve been coming here for a while and it always hits. Drinks were fantastic and fish is always fresh and DELICIOUS! Shout out to Kevin, Liu, and Bryan for the incredible service, tonight!

My first time in Sushi By Bou, and truly some of the best omakase I’ve ever had. The sushi was so fresh it was incredible. They don’t seat that many people at once, the room we were in was a booth type seating with the sushi chef in front of us making the sushi. Truly fresh and melts in your mouth kind fish. The vibe on the inside is so nice as well and the chefs and workers are super kind.

This place is amazing! Highly recommend the omakase here, not too filling either with the 12 or 17 piece option. You also have the option at the end to order more. The sake flight pairs very well with the omakase. Great vibes with old school hip hop playing while eating amazing sushi. The chef and host were super nice. Everything was wonderful, we'll definitely be back!

I stopped in this restaurant for their sushi special! When I arrived I parked on the street nearby. I walked in and found the restaurant. It was small and cozy and I loved the Playlist! I had their special with the the 12 piece sushi. That included: Yellowtail Lean Tuna Spotted Prawn Salmon Roe Albacore Chopped Tuna Scallop Miso Cod Fatty Tuna Salmon Surf N' Tuf BBQ Eel The sushi was really good! I also had the old Fashioned Pearl drink which I enjoyed! All in all a great experience!
